just in from the states early 1976 made Honda CB550/4K showing 24,000 miles,original barn find condition kicks over with good compression has some nice bits clocks, mudguards,seat base chain guard etc.we fitted a new ignition switch and connected to a decent battery,the ignition lights come on but nothing works but turns over when you arch out the starter solenoid,wiring looks ok but some wires disconnected in the headlamp and we have no time to get involved checking it out. tyres are perished,caliper/master cylinder seized,brake hoses,air box and front indicators are missing.all these bits available from david silver or wemoto.exhausts are not original i guess as they foul the brake pedal. chrome good for its age.new side panels fitted and headlamp rim, once restored mot on the frame number and dvla will register for £55 onto an age related plate,we will have the nova import tax paid proof from hmrc.we may be able to deliver email post code for a quote and pay by card over the phone ring 07885 498007.we have 40 seventies project bikes in stock and another 5 due in this week including a uk M reg one owner cb500/4 standard bike ideal to restore but hurry they are selling fast,everyone wanting a winter project.sold as seen as a non running project.
